By using the services of Pro Carpet Cleaning LLC, including our website, SMS messaging, and cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Frequency of Messages
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us, but typically you will not receive more than 5 text messages per month.
3. Opting Out

6. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to cancel in time may result in a cancellation fee.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are confirmed prior to work being performed and may vary depending on the condition and size of the job site.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to deliver quality results. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee complete stain removal or results on heavily worn or pre-treated areas.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pro Carpet Cleaning LLC is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Items left in the service area
- Reactions to previous cleaning chemicals
Please ensure valuables are removed before service begins.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
